Tom's aircraft sales career began in college where he sold single-engine Cessnas as an intern for the local FBO. After earning his B.S. in Marketing from Oklahoma State University in 1986, he went to work at Beech Aircraft Company and held various management positions in Marketing and Sales. In 1997, Tom left the factory to work as the Sales Manager for one of Beech's top-selling dealers, American Beechcraft, which ultimately merged into Piedmont Hawthorne and later became Landmark Aviation. During his eleven years at Landmark, Tom held increasing roles of responsibility and prior to leaving in 2008 was in charge of all of Landmark's non-fuel related businesses: Aircraft Sales, Charter, and MRO. Tom is an active instrument rated pilot with over 4,000 hours logged.
